Job Description
We are looking for a Vice President, Late Development Team Lead in Oncology to join our innovative team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Late Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the Late Development Team (LDT) to establish and execute global product strategies in alignment with the organization's goals. This role involves providing strategic and operational leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product development from proof of concept to approval.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide cross-functional LDT(s) in defining and executing product strategies.
- Develop global Integrated Product Development Plans (iPDPs) for governance approval.
- Coordinate and align activities with other LDTs and functional matrix teams.
- Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and promote team cohesiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize product value.
Requirements
- 15+ years of global drug development experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading late-stage drug development programs.
- Experience in managing collaborations and alliances.
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
