Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Salary: $148,000-$222,000 per year

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated Senior Manager for Medical Affairs to oversee the training and excellence division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the continuous improvement of medical capabilities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop scientific training curriculum.
• Design and execute strategic training plans for US Medical Affairs teams.
• Support onboarding and continuous education for new hires.
• Maintain up-to-date training content and assist in LMS maintenance.
• Evaluate and adapt training programs for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, MD).
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with prior field experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas is a plus.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
