Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join the Analytics & Insights team. This role involves applying advanced analytics methodologies to develop insights and actions, lead digital and promotional response analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic insights and analysis of brand and market performance. The successful candidate will work with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other teams to support business decisions and plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations for business decisions.
• Apply advanced analytics methodologies to generate novel insights and actions.
• Implement analytical solutions to support business opportunity and risk assessment.
• Contribute to brand executive review meetings and preparations for investor calls.
• Analyze key brand metrics and provide actionable data to manage the business effectively.
• Represent the voice of the customer to maintain a holistic understanding of the marketplace.
• Evaluate product utilization data to reveal brand performance insights.

Requirements

• BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Deep experience with pharmaceutical data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
