Director, Statistical Programming (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Statistical Programming to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product leaders and external personnel, overseeing clinical studies, planning new studies, and providing statistical analysis support. You will maintain the programming process, ensure compliance with SOPs, and manage a team of statistical programmers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Analysis Reporting Leads and programming strategy.
• Collaborate with various functions to deliver strategic projects.
• Manage resources and priorities effectively.
• Maintain the statistical programming budget.
• Perform programming and quality control for deliverables.
• Develop performance requirements and measurements for the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics or related fields.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with global clinical trial practices.
• Strong SAS programming skills and willingness to adapt to new software.
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
