Job Description

Whole Foods Market is currently seeking Team Members to join our storewide departments on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. As a Team Member, you will work in a high-quality environment with top-notch ingredients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Perform various duties related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation in assigned departments.
• Follow department procedures for product preparation, storage, rotation, and stocking.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maximize sales potential through effective merchandising and stocking procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience necessary.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for natural foods and commitment to Whole Foods Market's mission.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various motions such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
