Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join the Whole Foods Market team in Jackson, WY. As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. Team Members support customer service, stocking, and sanitation activities in their assigned departments, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cases, shelves, and workstations.
• Provide excellent customer service and utilize suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow department procedures for product handling, storage, and rotation.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling.
• Assist with inventory checks and maintain accurate signage and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
