Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the primary operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and guiding team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your duties will include ensuring top-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience - Candidates must have at least 6 months of JIB experience with full workstation certification or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Applicants must be 18 years or older, complete Team Leader training, and possibly hold ServSafe certification. Proficiency in English is required, with possible additional language skills based on restaurant location. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organizational, and computer skills are essential. Individuals should demonstrate integrity, initiative, and ethics.
  • Physical Requirements - Candidates should be able to stand and walk for the majority of their shift, lift up to 25 lbs, take orders, operate a cash register, and monitor video screens.
