Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our store 7139 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- 6 months of consecutive experience at Jack in the Box and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and, in certain states, be ServSafe certified.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand basic math concepts, diverse group collaboration, analytical and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in English (and possibly another language in specific locations).
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications, integrity, and ethical behavior.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 90%-95% of the shift, lift and carry 15-25 lbs, operate a cash register, and listen to guest orders.
