Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our store 7103 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your role includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience - Candidates should have either 6 consecutive months of JIB experience with 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotion, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and in some states, obtain ServSafe certification. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages depending on the restaurant location is beneficial. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organizational, and planning skills are essential. Familiarity with personal computers and relevant software applications is a plus. Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior are expected.
  • Physical Requirements - The role involves standing and walking for 90%-95% of the shift, lifting 15-25 lbs, taking guest orders, operating a cash register, and monitoring video displays.
