Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages based on state and local laws.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
