Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures for loss prevention
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
