Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family in a Full-Time role. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience through effective merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
