Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is merchandised, stocked, and cleaned to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Offer constructive feedback to management and assist in inventory tasks.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
