Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing customer purchases, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Experience operating cash registers and store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
