Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register efficiently & safely handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
