Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store conditions, and stock shelves neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
