Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our store maintains a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and follow company guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
