Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and merchandising duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
