Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a dynamic retail environment. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist in customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor and report product inventory and operational issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Capable of operating store equipment and following safety guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred
