Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus
