Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of customer service and appearance. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
