Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during shopping.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
