Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties following company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
