Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
