Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing outstanding service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by participating in regular stock counts and reporting any issues to management.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently, following cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and work well both independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
