Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure the store is well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Monitor inventory and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
