Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are neat.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products and inventory.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Work independently and in a team environment with attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
