As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
