Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, supporting the store operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindset and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned tasks.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry items around the store.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Safely operate equipment, follow cleaning standards, and adhere to policies.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
