We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Average Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Stock shelves, assist with inventory management, and handle cash transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient store operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
