Store Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring Store Team Members to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
