Job Description

Join our team as a Store Team Member at Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Handle customer purchases, stock merchandise, and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
