Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Contribute to store cleanliness and organization

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• High school diploma or equivalent
