Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
