Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to inventory management, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is a plus.
