Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently
• Experience in retail environments is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and within a team
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
