We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join ALDI, one of the leading retailers in the industry. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, including processing customer purchases and handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to the store management team to enhance operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including handling cash, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform cleaning tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
