Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store environment while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in inventory counts.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and maintaining security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
