Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in various in-store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's standards.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor accuracy.
• Follow cash handling and company policies.
• Execute general cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle various tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
