Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store premises.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
