Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this Full-Time role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
