Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service by collaborating with the ALDI team.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
