Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, customers are provided with exceptional service, and operations run smoothly. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• General cleaning proficiency meeting company standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
