Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI group to enhance the overall shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking products, cashiering, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and providing a positive shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts and following guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
