Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent store standards and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow established company guidelines for security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
