Job Description

We are currently seeking a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
