Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to handle equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
