Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a team member, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and assist in store cleanliness

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess good customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
