Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory and report any issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in retail is preferred
