Store Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a valuable part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean and organized displays, provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service, operate a cash register accurately, and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
